Kate Cook – Practice Nurse experienced in the management of coronary heart disease, hypertension, asthma and COPD and runs the practice review clinics for these conditions. Trained in Year of Care Support & Planning to provide personalised care for our patients with Long Term Conditions.

Health Care Assistants

Chris Beese & Tamsin Patterson – offer a range of appointments from phlebotomy (bloods) and  health and well being advice, to carrying out new patient and NHS health checks. You can also see Chris for your flu, pneumonia and shingles vaccines as well as B12 injections. Chris and Tamsin support the Practice Nurse in carrying out reviews for long term conditions and have also been trained in Year of Care Support & Planning.
