Patient Care Navigators
Deborah, Lucy and David are your first point of contact in reception and also carry out a wide range of administration tasks. To enable them to do this they may ask you for some information about the problem you have when you contact the practice. Our Patient Care Navigators are bound by the same rules around confidentiality as our GP’s.
